Wall clock in marquetery with brass foliation on a red tortoiseshell blackground
 
The dial with enamelled cartouches, is underlined by an allegory of sciences.
 
The whole is held in a box richly decorated
 
with gilded and chased bronzes such as falls of trophies, scrolls,
 
friezes of acanthus leaves, fire pots and soft furnishings.
 
Wall clock overhauled and in a perfect state of working order.
 
Point out that some of them are missing and that there are old restorations done.
 
Dated from 19 Th Century.
